Collection of one month's rent in advance (additional rent may apply subject to tenant credentials) plus five weeks' deposit
Negotiation of tenancy renewal terms

Additional Fees

Renewal Fee

of the agreed rent for the renewed term, due in full at commencement of renewal. Annual management fee applies separately where applicable.

Short Let Fee

25%

Tenancies extending beyond the initial term without a new agreement become periodic rolling tenancies. A 12-month fee applies as per standard breakdown.

Reference & Guarantor Fee

Each tenant undergoes referencing including credit checks and Right to Rent checks. Guarantor checks may apply where required. Final costs are confirmed upon agreement of tenancy terms.

Inventory Check-in & Check-out Fees

We recommend independent inventory services for every tenancy. Pricing varies by property size and furnishing.
